🏍️ ENDURANCE RIDE — CHAPTER V

1. I understand that motorcycle riding in mountainous, remote and high-altitude areas involves risks, including accidents, injury, disability, property damage and death. 2. I will obey traffic laws, local authorities, the Ride Leader’s instructions and event safety rules. I will not engage in speeding, racing, stunts, dangerous overtaking, intoxicated riding or reckless behaviour. 3. I accept responsibility, to the extent permitted by law, for consequences of my own negligent, reckless, unlawful or wilfully dangerous riding, including injury or damage caused by my actions. 4. I understand that unsafe riding or serious breaches of community discipline may lead to a warning, removal from the riding group or termination of my participation. Any refund decision will follow the published event terms and applicable law. 5. I will hold a valid motorcycle driving licence, carry required vehicle documents, use suitable protective riding gear and ensure my motorcycle is roadworthy. I am responsible for arranging appropriate personal, medical and vehicle insurance. 6. I understand that The Hind Riders Motorcycle Community and NE Tourism & Travel are not automatically responsible for every accident, loss or injury caused by my own conduct. This declaration does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from an organiser’s own negligence or legal duties. 7. I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and that I have read and understood this declaration and agree to follow the expedition rules.
